This Implementation Plan sets out a national program for research investment to address the priorities identified in the National Climate Change Adaptation Research Plan: Marine Biodiversity and Resources. The focus is on (1) delivering research and the adoption of research outputs to address the objectives of the research plan, (2) facilitating collaborative arrangements, (3) maximising resources for priority research, and (4) optimising the timing of research investments. The Implementation Plan is not a static document and an update was produced in 2012 reviewing opportunities for research investment.
